As a level seven local guide on Google, I recently placed an order for a birthday arrangement from this company and was very impressed with the quality of the arrangement. The unique design was particularly striking, and the recipient initially mistook it for a cake. This creative touch added an element of surprise and delight. I am completely satisfied with the service provided and will definitely consider your company for future orders. Additionally, the arrangement was accompanied by lovely pink heart balloons, which further enhanced its appeal.
I noticed that there are a large number of 1-star reviews, but it appears that these customers may have had unrealistic expectations or were overly demanding.

AN ABSOLUTE SCAM!!! Beware of purchasing through. I should have read the reviews first! I wanted to cancel my order because they claimed there was a pick up in store option only to find out ITS A UPS PO BOX ADDRESS!!! THERES NO REAL BUSINESS! I emailed the vendor and surprise surprise the email is FAKE! Then I called the number provided my order number and asked for a refund only for the women on the other end to chuckle and reply "sorry the ordering is through a third party vendor no refunds" so I asked her what were going to do about this?" She offered to drop it off but then asked what kind of flowers I bought which should it be on the order?! An absolutely scam , now I have to contact my bank so they don't get my money! I'm absolutely furious and this is completely unacceptable and should not even be considered a business! If I don't get my money back I will contact a lawyer! I don't care if it's "just flowers" you do NOT SCAM People out of their hard earned money!

Do not buy flowers from here. Wish I had read the previous reviews... After spending almost $100 on flowers for my girlfriend's birthday, they had completely forgotten the order I placed a month prior. When calling, they asked me to text them the order details (not sure why that would be needed if they had tracked the order properly initially) and offered no apology. Ended up having to have the flowers delivered to my house rather than my girlfriend's work which defeats the entire purpose of trying to do something nice and surprise her at work. Will not be ordering from here again and would advise others to stay away as well.

Should be 0 stars. I placed the order for delivery on Valentines day 2/14 and it was delivered next day 2/15. This was suppose to be a surprise to my Wife at her work. I reached out to seller via voicemail and an email requesting status all day on 2/14 but no answer or response. I initiated a cancellation request because order was not fulfilled per instructions. When my wife picked up her flowers from work, there was a note that said, it was delivered late because it was delivered to wrong address? Why couldn't they call me to confirm or to inform?! And Upon receiving the flowers it was no where close to what I ordered. Flowers looked like they were already dead. I paid $97 for these.

I wouldn’t take the time to write a review but this company will not call me back/hung up on me when I was trying to explain my situation so unfortunately I want to write a review so someone else doesn’t have to go through this. I ordered the new baby blue box vase with beautiful blue flower and ribbons and my friend was delivered a completely different order (white vase, dead flower, no blue ribbons). So disappointed honestly. If they would have taken the time to talk to me we could have worked something out but they know they did the wrong order and won’t talk to me. $75 for a different order nothing about a new baby!!!

This "store" is represented by Teleflora- In reality, it is a P.O. box in Costa Mesa, and a strange lady in Westminster CA who just steals your money. 9/10 times she won't answer the phone, and if you get lucky enough and she picks up, you will get hung up on. How she is still operating is beyond me, and completely illegal. BTW- If you want help from Teleflora, the company that employs this faux affiliate store, best of luck. When trying to reach them for assistance after my money was stolen, and my order never delivered, they said it wasn't their problem and advised "calling the business". I cannot put it any more clearly: This is a SCAM. Do NOT order from this person.

The reception was surprised when she received the delivery. It helped make her birthday special at work. That is the only reason I'm giving them a 2 star. However, some of the flowers were wilted. The card was embarrassing, with bad and rushed hand writing. Some of the spelling was bad. Some words looked like they forgot about it and then squeezed them in. The ink was smudged. If I saw the reviews first I wouldn't have ordered from them. They have been having bad reviews for 2 years now, and they have done nothing to fix any of the issue. They don't care. If you look all the responses they put in, it's pretty much the same, if not exactly the same response.

well as everyone else has stated, this entire operation is a scam- this company does not exist. they are an "affiliate" of teleflora who also offer zero help or assistance as well. their address is a UPS box and they don't have a working phone number. they stole nearly $100 from me, and for whatever reason teleflora also said nothing they can do. i can't stress this enough: BE WARNED. this is not a florist or a real company - this is a fraudulent front / scam. YOU WILL be robbed. feel free to let teleflora know about the people they partner with as well. i'd stay clear of that company also.
